FlagbellHelp

A help centre in two languages

Write articles in English and Dutch; each language gets its own pages, search and chat.

Every brand can have a help centre on its own domain, such as help.flagbell.com. You write the articles in Flagbell; published articles go on the site.

Languages

Every article has a language: English or Dutch. Your brand's own language lives at the root of the help centre, the other under /nl (or /en), with its own words and addresses:

EnglishDutch
/chat-button/nl/chatknop
/category/live-chat/nl/categorie/live-chat
/search/nl/zoeken

A translation points to its original. Each page links to its other language, search engines learn which pages belong together, and the search on each page only finds articles in its own language.

Translating

In the help centre in Flagbell, each brand has a tab per language. "Not translated yet" lists the published articles without a version in that language. A translation starts as a copy of the original, to write over.

In the chat

The chat widget searches your articles in the page's language, and suggests articles while a visitor types a question.
