Standard answers

Under Standard answers you find answers to questions that come up all the time, in English and Dutch, each language in its own tab. Your workspace has its own copy: change any of them to fit, and go back to the original if you want.

You can also write your own answers, for one language or for all.

In a conversation

In a conversation you see the answers in your brand's language. These placeholders are filled in for you:

Placeholder	Becomes
{name}	The customer's name.
{brand}	Your brand's name.
{agent}	Your name. Without it, the brand signs.

Answers go out from the address the email came in on, so a customer who wrote to hello@ gets the answer from hello@.
