Your team and roles
Invite people, give them a role, and what each role can do.
Under Settings you manage your name and your team.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Read conversations and contacts. |
| Agent | Everything a viewer can, plus answer, add notes, change status and write help articles. |
| Owner | Everything an agent can, plus manage the team and handle privacy requests (export and erase). |
A workspace always keeps at least one owner.
Inviting
An owner invites someone by email. The invitation link works for 7 days and only once. The owner can also copy the link and send it themselves.
Owners can change someone's role or remove them. Anyone can leave the team themselves. Someone who leaves loses their open live connection at once.
